Skin tightening. XERF is next-generation radiofrequency that delivers controlled thermal energy through multiple depths of the dermis and into the retaining ligaments that support facial contour. No numbing, no downtime, a gentle spreading warmth for roughly an hour. ZENA Medical participated in the FDA clinical trials for XERF and was the first practice in Orange County to offer it.
Texture, pores and scarring. Genius RF microneedling for acne scarring, etched-in lines and mild laxity in one treatment; classic microneedling for texture and fine lines; and PRP or PRF, the growth-factor-rich fraction of your own blood, layered on top to accelerate healing and stimulate collagen production. Mosaic 3D is another superior device in non-ablative fractional resurfacing. It emits energy at a unique 1550 nm wavelength at three distinct depths, not just one, so the dermis is stimulated at three precise depths, generating maximum collagen. It is uniquely designed to resurface fine lines and smooth texture abnormalities. Plus, the layer of collagen thickening achieved produces a tightening effect that wasn’t expected of this wavelength. We have been markedly surprised at the ability of the Mosaic 3D to tighten skin! With three treatments we have seen amazing results in lifting the early jowls and a general tightening effect in the low-volume face. We love to couple this with biostimulators and achieve an overall fuller, more volumized face.
Injectables. Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Xeomin) for the dynamic lines that expression leaves behind; hyaluronic acid fillers (Juvéderm, Restylane, RHA) for lips, cheeks and folds; and biostimulatory fillers (Sculptra, Radiesse) when the goal is structural foundation rather than volume. Resurfacing lasers. Fraxel Dual and LaseMD Ultra for photodamage, dyschromia and fine lines, with about a week of bronzed skin; fractional CO2 when you want one significant correction of deeper rhytids and scars.
Vascular lasers. Vascular lasers are amongst the busiest in the practice, because the skin is an inflammatory organ and redness is pronounced in many conditions and scars. Vbeam pulsed-dye laser for redness, rosacea and vascular lesions; and Derma V (Pico) for melasma and pigment with minimal downtime.

Results emerge over three to seven days and last roughly three to four months. Daxxify tends to hold four to six.
Hyaluronic acid fillers. We stock the full spectrum from featherweight to structural: Volbella and Restylane Kysse for the lips, Juvéderm Ultra and Restylane Refyne and Defyne for lines and folds, Voluma and Restylane Lyft for cheek and jawline projection, and RHA for the first signs of movement lines. Most hyaluronic acid fillers last six to eighteen months depending on product and location.
Biostimulatory fillers. Sculptra (poly-L-lactic acid) occupies a category of its own. Rather than filling, it prompts your fibroblasts to produce new collagen, rebuilding the foundation of a face that has lost volume gradually over several months, with results that hold for roughly two years. Think of this like fertilizer for your collagen. Radiesse (calcium hydroxylapatite) works on a similar principle for the jawline and hands.
